US Food Preferences Map -- Cool!

I came across this site. It maps restaurant food preferences across the US.

Also not surprised that Mexican food is most popular in the states bordering Mexico.... maybe because there is more authentic Mexican food in those states than in the Dakotas. Thanks for sharing~that was interesting!

Just an aside: I've never before seen the word 'embiggen.' But I knew what it meant!

Maryland has a bit of everything but I was surprised that there wasn't more seafood.

LOL, I'll try to use that in Words with Friends. Someone played "enlouden" on me and I had to look it up. It means what you'd think it means.
