I came across this site. It maps restaurant food preferences across the US.

The winners: Pizza and Mexican.

Nothing too surprising here.. the "barbeque " line was interesting.

Also not surprised that Mexican food is most popular in the states bordering Mexico.... maybe because there is more authentic Mexican food in those states than in the Dakotas. Thanks for sharing~that was interesting!

Just an aside: I've never before seen the word 'embiggen.' But I knew what it meant!
