Urgent appeal for Mount Rushmore (sort of)
Forgive the shameless self promotion. Here's the rub: We are two middle aged men sick of having our sister's accomplishments constantly thrown in our respective faces. So we need something to quiet our moms. Please read and sign our petition to get our faces on Mount Rushmore. We figure we need about 5 mil sigs, we have about 9. Please help.

This is so insane, I just had to do it!
BUT, what is the backstory to this appeal? What has your sister done, and what have you two slackers not done, to warrant this shameless self-promotion?
If you do accomplish this, I will finally feel compelled to go visit this over-hyped, out-of-the-way rock!

On the strength of the trip report alone, I heartily recommend that everyone sign these guys' petition. People like this SHOULD be immortalized in cold stone. What brand beer cans should be afixed to your lips in the sculpture?

Okay Snorky I signed your well reasoned petition. I am however worried about Dave's ability to sit for the extended sculpting time needed. Please consider the new medication that promises to keep men of a certain age out of the bathroom. The side effects of runny nose and fainting seem like a small price to pay. Also the thought of golfers everywhere wiping their beaks and then keeling over is really great. Good luck and godspeed.
