Tybee Island , St Simon's, Hilton Head, or Kiawah ?

Which place is better for a couple with no kids in their early 30's with a little night life? Any suggestions would be great...looking to go in early August.

K, I have been to Kiawah & Tybee Island once & Hilton Head every summer for the last nine years, but never to St. Simon's, so I can't give you advice on that island. However, you will love Hilton Head. My hubby & I are also in our early 30's & just can't wait to go back every summer because we have so much fun. The Hilton hotel has a great band every Thursday-Saturday night & at the Quarterdeck in Harbourtown, there is also a great band. The Salty Dog Cafe has great entertainment & there are some neat places in the Village of Sea Pines that have great nightlife. You can find great places to eat, dance & have a great time just about anywhere on the island. Have fun!

I love Kiawah for a family vacation, but if you go there looking for nightlife you're going to hate it. It is pretty isolated; Charleston is a long way off. Kiawah is where we go to play golf, lay on the beach and play in the pool.

Hated Tybee Island. It was dirty. Hilton Head and Kiawah are great but so is St. Simon's. The beach is better at Hilton Head and Kiawah. I really like St. Simon's for a old-beach-town feel. Hilton Head and Kiawah definitely have a developer's feel.

We got to Seabrooke every summer, right next to Kiawah and it is for families - no nightlife in the area!

K, I live next to St. Simons. I would not recommend it, nor Tybee for what you are looking for. Check out Hilton Head. I think that may be better for you.
