turtlecovesuites/kauai

I posted a messge last night but it isn't here so thought I'd try again - we are 4 couples looking for accommodation in Kauai, either one huge place or separate condo units. I did see turtle cove suites on the website and they looked really nice. Has anyone stayed there and if so, would that work, having four couples staying in 4 of the units and sharing meals, etc. Thank you

I've only seen the interior of one unit, and was very impressed. Beautiful furnishings, gorgeous views, quiet location. An A+ place, for sure!

Hey jumpy, a poster by the screen name of "jillandben" posted very recently about their stay at turtle cove. Do a search on their name or put turtle cove in the search box.

jumpy: Last week I was checking the MLS for properties for sale on Kauai (oh to dream...) and noticed that the Turtle Cove Suites house was listed for sale. FYI...

Houses of this type -- built to be used as vacation rentals -- get bought and sold all the time. The sales contracts usually include an "all exisiting rental reservations must be honored by the buyer" clause. Anyone interested in renting this specific property, should get confirmation (in writing) that this clause exists. Here in the islands, such a clause is legally binding.

FYI -- the seller is asking $2,459,000.00 <gulp!>

We're also going on our honeymoon, in September, and were thinking about staying at the Turtle Cove Suites. Has anyone stayed in the Mana Suite?
