Great trip report. I'm glad you really liked your accommodations but I have to say the 13th & Filbert (or anywhere close to City Hall) would not be our favorite location. We usually stick to Rittenhouse Square or Clinton Street for trips back to PHL.
I no longer go see the Eagle as the Macy's looks so shabby compared to Wanamaker's in its heyday. Sign of the times, I guess.
I have not been to PHL or SE PA since covid, but it's on my list for the fall. Crossing fingers that AA keeps the direct flights from Paris to PHL.
