Too cold to golf in Feb?

I'm thinking of purchasing a golf trip for my husband and 3 of his friends for Feb. Will it be too cold for them to golf then? Any resort suggestions? Thanks.

Canada, yes, too cold for golf.
Minnesota...nah.
Now Hilton Head has some decent golf days in February.
Have you considered it?
