Three Day Savannah Trip Plan (requesting feedback)

I will be traveling to Savannah for 3 days (3/21-23) with two teens (16 and 18). I would like feedback on whether or not this trip plan makes sense or if I have scheduled too many activities.

3/21 (Mon.): Drive from Charleston to Savannah (2 hours)
Savannah Visitor' Center
Lunch: Zunzi's (Drayton St.), eat at Chippewa Square
Skidaway Island State Park (Sandpiper Trail/Big Ferry Trail) - long sleeve+pants, gnat repellent, muddy?
Dinner: Castaways Sandfly
Hotel: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Savannah W - Chatham Parkway

3/22 (Tues.): Pulaski National Monument
Lunch: picnic
Tybee Island (beach)
Dinner: The Tybee Bakery Featuring Cafe Miss Korea or The Crab Shack
Hotel: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Savannah W - Chatham Parkway

3/23 (Wed.): park at Public Parking Garage @ 115 E Congress St.
visit Owens-Thomas House & Slave Quarters
Oglethorpe Square
Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist (visiting hours are 9-11:30 or 12:45-4:30)
Jepson Center (art) - eat lunch at Joe's at the Jepson inside of the museum
Forsyth Park
Shopping?
Dinner: Olde Pink House (reservation @ 6:00)
Hotel: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Savannah W - Chatham Parkway
3/24 (Thurs.) - drive to Nashville

We had 2 days in Savannah. The visitors center and revolutionary war reenactment were a blast. Teens may BALK at the reenactment. Depends on your kiddos. Pulaski and the Owens-Thomas house are excellent. I don't see the Pinpoint Heritage Museum on your list. That is really a must.

We did Pulaski and Pinpoint in one day.
We did Owens-Thomas, Visitors Center, and the cathedral on another day.

We don't spend much time on lunch so that doesn't cut into our day. My teens are always hungry and eat fast so no lingering over meals

Hi,

I’ve never been to the Skidaway Island trails so can’t comment on that but the rest of your plan sounds doable, matching what I’ve done some days. Have a great time in Savannah and vicinity! The squares and restaurants of Savannah still stand out for me as magical life experiences!

Thanks for the response. I agree that it is better to have a quick lunch.

I will probably visit more squares on the day that we are walking around the Historical Area. My kids don't really like going to museums. This is why I added Skidaway Island to our trip plan.
