There is only 1 airport in Boston, Logan International Airport. As for airlines, Delta, Continental, US Air and American all have flights directly to or you can connect to in Charlotte, Atlanta or Miami.
I would talk to the airlines directly or to a local travel agent who should be able to help.
It would also be a help if you decided on where you wanted to go first and then started pricing flights.
You also might want to try the carribean board here on Fodors for more suggestions.

Normally, most of the Brits we have met in the Caribbean go straight through from the UK... Contact....http://www.gwvtravel.com/
they have many direct charter trips from Logan Airport. There are lots of Brits in the Dominican Republic for two weeks.lucky them... With the exchange rate it should be a bargain.. [email protected] for more info

People travel from Boston to the Caribbean everyday so it shouldn't be too much of a challenge. The Caribbean is a big place so you'll have plenty of options. Go to the travel websites like Orbitz, Travelocity, etc. or the major airline (American, Delta, Continenntal, USAIR) websites - put in Boston's Logan Airport as you departure city and your intended island as the Destination airport and enter your expected dates of travel. You'll then get all the necessary flight information including sample flight itineraries, departure and arrival times, whether you can reach your particular destination non-stop, direct or have to change planes or make a lay-over, ticket prices, etc. Everything you need to make an informed decision will be at your fingertips.

Hi. The problem i am having is that each time i choose a destination i get routed through Newark, JFK or philly (for example) so it is just a bit tricky. The reason we are flying from Boston is that we plan to stay and ski in Killington for 5 nights then go down to the sun for the new year! I will try the sites suggested. Thanks all

Where in the Caribbean are you trying to go? One of the reasons you are being routed through EWR or JFK may be because there are no non-stop or direct flights to the destination you are planning to visit from Boston on the day you are planning to travel. In those cases the "program" will route try to you through a "gateway hub" such as JFK or EWR and then on to the Caribbean. If that is the case try "forcing" a "multi-city" itinerary taking you from Boston to your destination through either Miami or San Juan and see what you get. Sometime changing your departure date by one or two days will give you access to more flights. I'm not from Boston but I suspect your non-stop or direct Caribbean destination options are going to be fairly limited (St. Thomas, San Juan, St. Martin, Aruba, Jamaica and perhaps Barbados) and any other destinations will require multiple flights and/or over-night stopovers as there are only a limited number of flights serving the smaller islands and making those connections is sometimes difficult at best.
