Thai restaurant Southern Orange County Beach area

Greetings -
We have friends in town and they would like to have Thai food tonight - we really only eat it local - and would prefer to find a place down in Laguna, Dana Point, Newport areas to go for tonight.

I know it is last minute - I will check out Yelp as well as Chowhound.

Thanks!

MomDD,

Haven't you been to Five Foot Two? It's been years since I moved away to UT, but it used to be THE BEST.

No, Dayle - not that I recall?

We ended up not going to the beach areas - I was not feeling great but did go to Diho Siam in Ladera Ranch - if anyone wants Thai in that area - it was actually excellent. Just in a strip center but I had been there before it was excellent food.

Hi MomDD
I can't give any Thai recomendations.
However, have you tried Infusion at Ladera RAnch. It is a fun place to go with friends.

I am not sure if Five Foot Two is still there, I haven't noticed it in a while and forgot it was there, they had very good food years ago.

Nanabee - we have not been there but my husband has been wanting to try it. We have heard great things about it.
