Taxis from JFK to Times Square

We are visiting NYC in February, flying into JFK. I’d like to know if the airports taxis can take 4 adults with 4 large cases, and if yes, how much in total should we expect to pay for the trip to our hotel in Times Square.
Thanks

There is a flat fare from JFK to Manhattan plus some fees (see link below)

https://www.jfkairport.com/to-from-a...nd-van-service
Note: this flat fare will not apply to Uber or Lyft
A regular car type taxi might be able to handle 4 adults (3 in the back, 1 in the front but only if the driver has no issue with someone riding up front). Larger cabs (similar to SUVs but a bit smaller might work better).

Given the crazy weather we are having, I hope it is better when you come.

Additional information

I neglected to mention other ground options:

Bus/van service
https://www.goairlinkshuttle.com/nyc-jfk-airport-share-ride-shuttle/

https://getbybus.com/en/blog/jfk-airport/

Notes: prices quoted would be per person (unless otherwise indicated)

These services will take you to the Port Authority Bus Terminal (W42nd St & 8th Av) so you may have to walk a few blocks to get to your hotel.

Keep in mind that masks are required on all transportation services. Also in restaurants, which will require proof of vaccination and possibly a photo ID.
