Taxi from airport to Wynn?

Taxi from airport to Wynn?
I will be going to LV Memorial Day weekend to meet my husband at a convention. About how much is it to take a taxi from the airport to the Wynn hotel? I haven't been out there in 6 years! Is there a better way to get to the hotel...a shuttle perhaps?

If money is an issue, then for 1 person shuttle is more economical. Taxi line may be long on a convention weekend. Ask how soon a shuttle can pick you up, if soon, don't worry about stops, go for it.

Tell the driver to take Swenson to Paradise to Convention Center Drive, and should be about $15 depending on time of day/traffic.
Shuttle is about $5 per person, no need to reserve in advance, taxi will probably save you a half hour though.

I would much rather take a taxi, than bother with a shuttle. I don't think I've ever spent more than $15 for a taxi ride out of the airport to the hotel. And, that includes the tip.
I always somehow work into the conversation that I come to Vegas a lot (which is true) - so the driver doesn't think he can pull the drive down the Strip during rush hour traffic to pad his meter. If he does that, he gets zilch from me - but so far, I've never had to do that.
