Tampa/St Pete Beach

I have 5 hours to kill on a Sunday in May waiting for my flight. Any recommendations on beaches/restaurants close by where I can either enjoy the water or drink a nice glass of wine?

Ybor City in Tampa - a quick taxi ride from TIA. Lots of places to lunch and sip. Alas, the Gulf beaches are 35-45 minutes west. Something more formal, try Armani, italian, superb, nearby Hyatt Westshore Hotel. Or their oystercatchers restaurant.

Dare I mention...it's not necessary to go for dinner at Oystercatchers. The bar attached to the restaurant sits on the edge of Tampa Bay. Sit inside or out on the patio with your glass of wine--enjoy the sunset. Airport is no more than 10 minutes away..on a slow day.

Sorry about the duplicate...went out, returned home, refreshed this page and voila, it posted again. My apologies.
