Hi
How does the Minturn Country Club sound?? Well, its NOT a country club - it's actually a club in the country in Minturn Colorado. It was recommended to us while we were in Vail and we drove to it (about 10 minutes) and were surprised - first we picked out our steaks from a refrigerated meat counter and then took them to a large grill in the middle of the restaurant and proceeded to cook our own. The whole evening was great - nice atmosphere - not pricey at all - we all had a great time. If you decide to try it - ask someone at your hotel where to find it.

I totally agree about the Minturn Country Club, it is worth the drive and to see the difference between Vail and Minturn. We have been going to Vail for over 20 yrs and have always enjoyed the food and all in Minuturn. You cook your own food on a grill and it makes for a great fun evening.
