We will be first time visitors to St Louis; plan to visit Arch, cardinals game, brewery and botanic garden.
I'm trying to decide on Drury at the Arch or Crown Plaza downtown. We are two seniors.
Please give me your input. thanks

Did you check out the reviews of each hotel on Trip Advisor? That's where I'd start.

I stayed in St. Louis in April at the Hyatt, which is right between the two hotels you mention; I parked at the Crowne Plaza, though! All of those hotels are easy walking to the Arch of course (right across the street) and not too far to the stadium; the Drury looks to be a few blocks closer to the stadium if you were planning to walk.

You are probably fine at the Crown, but the Drury has a great free breakfast and a free 3-drink happy hour, so I have to recommend it over most downtown options.

We had clients that used to stay at the Drury and were always very pleased.

Thanks! I have made reservations at Drury. We are also planning a trip to Hermann for the wine country. I welcome your suggestions about this; interested in B and B's in the area.
