I also wanted to add that the Adagio doesn't have a really long lap pool. People use it to swim laps and it is heated in the winter.

Rosemary Beach does have a fitness center with a lap pool. It actually has a retractable roof that can be closed in the winter. Membership is included if you rent through Rosemary Beach. You can also buy a monthly membership for $175/couple.
