Where to go in Florida

Hi,
We're trying to plan a last minute trip someplace warm during February break. I'm looking into the Caribbean but it seems almost overwhelming to decide where to go and how to get there. What parts of Florida would be the warmest at this particular time? We would be interested in a place that was lowkey where we could swim, ride bikes, do a little shopping. Not that interested in nightlife, etc. Thanks for any help.

Sanibel Island!!! Sounds like what you're looking for. I haven't been there since the hurricanes, so my advice is pre-hurricane. A quick search here will give you all the info. you need!

It does sound like Sanibel would be good, that is where we went, years ago, during my sons winter breaks at school. It was quiet and really not that big on nightlife..
We rented a condo for a week and rode bikes, ate out, collected shells and warmed up
Right now it is in the 80s in north Florida, hopefully it will be as warm in Feb. for you

Key Biscayne would be ideal for what you want, it is pricey though
