Southern Maine-Need Help Fast

Looking for a place to stay in Southern Maine for 3 nights. Wanted to stay at Inn by the Sea, booked and kind of $ (Black Point Inn is too $). Any other suggestions - dates are 23, 24 & 25 Aug. We go from there to Mount Washington (2 nights) Burlington VT (2 nights) and Hershey Park, PA (2 nights) before driving back to Baltimore.
Thanks in advance (any suggestions on lobster pounds in/around area would be helpful - have to get my lobster fix. we visited coastal maine for a week last year)

seachambers.com in Ogunquit. Google what southern towns you are interested in for their chamber of commerce, which may have availability listings.

As far as lobster goes....best kept secret is to go to the grocery store and have them steam them for you...then make a beach picnic of it...cost effective enough to have 2!

You can TRY "The Tipsy Butler" B&B, Newcastle, Maine. We just got back from there. Lovely. Wonderful rooms, with A/C, TV, etc., and breakfasts to die for. A couple hundred yards from the Atlantic, and very quiet. Youcan check the web site.

Just an idea!
