I guess it depends on how you define a hike. At that time of year, any hike in the mountains or foothills will encounter snow and potentially deep snow. Snowshoeing is popular. You might find some snow free trails in the front range area but I would not count on it. At the moment we are getting record snowfall in the mountains and front range. So who knows what you will find in your time range. But once the snow is here it tends to stay till spring.

About 20 minutes from Denver (Morrison) and easily accessible, Rocks Park has a couple of hikes, and right near there is the Dinosaur Ridge Park/Discovery Center and trail, combing views and dino tracks. Lots of winter walks and hikes in the area, you just have to use your judgement when the time comes.
