AnnMarie_C - You're welcome. If you go there, let us all know how it was. I read that they have a tobaggon/sled type thing there now that kids like. I think I remember that Gun Barrel, Ramrod and Exhibition used to be the big slopes.

Ah...memories! I used to ski there many years ago, but my DH has knee probems so we can't go anymore. Have fun!

I lived in the Phila area for 25 years and flew west almost every year to get some real skiing in. I made day trips to the Poconos, just to get in shape for the western trip, but there's NO comparison. Skiing in the east, especially the mid-Atlantic, is just awful compared to the west. Prior to Phila, I lived in new England and skied upstate NY and New England. There's no comparison to the west there, either.
