Shuttle from Orlando Airport to Pt. Canaveral

Can anyone let me know if there is a shuttle service one can use between Orlando International Airport and the cruise ships at Port Canaveral? My son has a cruise being given to him, but not airfare, so we need to figure out the part between airport & the Port.

Help! Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Orlando airport has a website with transportation services-check that out. Call the cruiseline-they have trans. to the ship. Check some of the cruise forums, fodor's, cruisecritic, cruiseaddicts, etc. - someone is always asking that question.
One-way car rental is another idea.

I don't know if this would work or not but is there any chance he could fly into Melbourne, Florida and take a taxi? It's 20-25 miles and might be kinda expensive, but it wouldn't hurt to check on the option.

It's a good distance to Port Canaveral from the airport. The time we left out of Port Canaveral, we took the cruise ship transfer. I believe it was $20 each way.

Aren't the cruise ship transfers given when you have booked the entire package (including airfare)? Any opinions, comments?

I would check with whomever you booked the cruise. If you booked both cruise & air together, I would think that the transfers would have be included, but I would definitely ask the question.

There will be agents who will meet flights down in the baggage area. If you didn't get a transfer, you can purchase one thru them.

We went out of Tampa last year and asked the cruise agents at the airport baggage area about the cruise transfer. They responded that from the airport to the port for the two of us, it would be cheaper to just take a taxi, and it was.
