Short Trips in greater San Francisco
We are planning a visit to Marin County late March-early April to visit our son and his family. We would like to do a bit of touring 3/4 days while they are at work and school. We have done many trips---wine country, redwoods, Monterey, Yosemite, and are hoping to find a train or bus tour since now that we are 80, driving ourselves is not a priority. We are reasonably mobile, and still looking for a small sedate adenture!

Since you've already done Muir Woods, Napa/Sonoma etc etc - my suggestion is to enlist your kids help.
In my area several organizations do day tours for seniors (and others). They cover everything from lunch and shopping in SF, to Indian casinos, to lectures, to art shows, to gold rush country, to - well just all sorts of things.
But I'm in the Sacramento area and don't know the similar options in Marin County.
Your son/d-i-law may be able to check the local library/senior centers/tour companies.
