I live here and I've never heard of it! Putting it on my list.
BTW, we ate at Tadich's Friday night. I've never been a big fan and my opinion was confirmed. I wouldn't give my dinner even 2* - soggy fish and broccoli that looked like it was cooked last year. My DH's cioppino was better, but far from the best I've had in the city. Nice ambiance and service though.

Thanks Michael.
Since Fattoush is temporarily closed for smoke-damage repairs - we've been looking for its middle-eastern replacement on our dining circuit. Saha seems like a good place to try. Did you park on Van Ness or take public transportation (we have a VW Bug for our City transportation & parking)?
We dined at La Ciccia Sat night. My wife's two cold appetizers (calamari & white anchovies) were great. My appetizer (pasta w/tuna heart) & main (lamb tenderloin) were not. Like our past visits - we have a 50% "hit" rate.
I've always had great clam chowder & rex sole at Tadich. Tarter sauce not as good as Sams. Don't recall who has the best creamed spinach.
