Scottsdale this weekend..

I am going to be making a quick trip to Scottsdale this weekend. Will arrive Sat evening and planning an all day trip on Sun to Jerome and Sedona then Monday in Scottsdale for a meeting. Can anyone recommend the MUST SEE things in our limited time, possilbly the best route to drive to catch the highlights in a one day trip? Thanks!

Hi..
We will be in Sedona/Scottsdale all next week and what we love to do and we feel is a must, Lunch at Enchantment Resort/Yavapai Restaurant, Hike the Vortexes, Jerome have lunch/dinner/drinks at the Jerome Grand Hotel, Asylum..outstanding and cruise the town..
Scottsdale, I hang out at our Hotel for the pool and then go to the Heard Musuem or Taliesin West and go to dinner at Durants in downtown Phoenix..
It works for us and remember that it is a 3 day weekend so it will be crazier than normal.

Also in Jerome, the museum is wonderful....great little film about the history of Jerome(named after investors in the mine and relatives of Jennie Jerome, Winston Churchill's mother)...The museum is the former home(mansion) of Mr. Douglas, one of the owners of the mine. We also like the Asylum for lunch.

The Haunted Hamburger in Jerome is great fun. Wait for a table on the patio - preferably the very last one you come to at the end - it feels like you're suspended in air hanging over the cliff. Great view and good burgers, with probably the best nachos EVER, yum!
