Scenic Train Trips Near Winchester, VA?

Travelling to Winchester, VA in a few weeks and would like to take a scenic train tour through the countryside.

Anywhere near Winchester (Northermost), VA that offers such? An old time steam locomotive would be preferable, but not necessary.

There's a train called the Potomac Eagle, out of Romney, W.Va., about 40 minutes west of Winchester, that may be what you are looking for:

Cumberland, MD is about 80 miles from Winchester via US522 and I-68.
