Get out to the end of Stearn's Pier to eat at the Santa Barbara Shellfish Company. If it is too crowded, Moby Dicks is pretty good too.

Bouchon is excellent and upscale. The restaurants on the pier are touristy and not upscale. Boathouse at Hendry's Beach is on the water with a beautiful view.

Bouchon is my absolute favorite ( which AustinTraveler has already mentioned), the Wine Cask, the Four Seasons, Lure, all will have great fish options for you. (Moby Dicks and the Shellfish Co, while ok are not upscale and parking/driving on the pier is many times a big time waste and frustrating for visitors.) Los Arroyos has wonderful mexican food, Ca Dario and Olio & Limon' Italian... Santa Barbara has no shortage of great restaurants! Enjoy your trip!
