Sag Harbor visit

Would love ideas for reasonable places to stay, restaurants and shopping in Sag Harbor area. Will be there in late July. Thanks.

How long will you be staying and who/how many are you?

There are a bunch of small cottages for rent by the week by rental agencies - but most are probably already gone. Or - are you looking for shorter term and just a single of couple?

I don't think things have changed that much since we lived in NY and Sag Harbor being reasonable was never one of them.
Especially as late as June. . there might not be much left.
Are you driving out to look first?
I would suggest that, the prices will be high and mostly the quality won't match the price.

The little boutiques on the main street were always fun for me.
The America Hotel and Restaurant is great !

good luck!

The American Hotel and Baron's Cove are pretty much the ONLY options in Sag Harbor. If you're going to have a car anyway, you might consider staying in one of the other towns. Bridgehampton is close and the Enclave Inn there might be a better option.
enclaveinn.com Baron's Cove is a decent location, but I don't know how good the rooms are.

This cottage looks like a good option but is probably already booked for the dates you need.
