Kat you think Keo's is in the same class as Roy's. THE ROY'S WE KNEW ANYWAY. I like Keo's but I think of it more as casual dining with traditional Thai menu.
I think Alan Wong', Roy's, one I have not tried but 3666 in Kaimuki is a closer comparison.
I also like Kincaids (Ward Warehouse) and would also put it a notch above Keo's. I don't know maybe this is because we have many Thai restaurants in NYC. I was only twice at Keo's, also visited sister restaurant on Oahu, the one outside of Waikiki.

The Beach House beats Roys hands down. Who wants to eat in a shopping center? That's Roys on Kauai. Sorry, but for that kind of money, I want atmosphere. The Beach House has atmosphere and more. I have heard alot about some people being disappointed by the food. I ate there twice in feb and the food was fantastic both times. I had no complaints and can't say the same about Roy's. Sorry to you Roy lovers but he needs to get a new location!
