Royal st. Charles Hotel

Greetings,
Can anyone tell me anything good about this hotel? i have terrific deals on it and would like some honest imput. The only other one I could get for the time I want to go is the HOliday Inn French Quarter, for twice as much as the Royal St. charles.

Thank you for your assistance!

I've never been inside, but the location is great (corner of St. Charles & Common, 1 block off Canal). It's brand new...they just finished building it in the last year. Sorry I can't tell you more!

Stayed there in October and won't do it again. Rooms are cheap and very small. The lobby is nice and the little breakfast area cute but you can do better for the money than this ugly office building turned hotel.

It's not that bad. Not great but not that bad either. If it's half the price of a Holiday Inn, definitely take it.

Joyce, I booked the Royal St. Charles in late May for a couple of gals and they reported the place to be plenty adequate. It is very well-situated and while it has nothing particularly remarkable about it, they saved a bundle and used it to go to a cooking school and have some extra hurricanes. We picked up a great rate using www.quikbook.com.
