Route 66 - Help Please

My husband wants to drive the entire route 66. Has anyone done this? Where is the best place to find the info we need? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Richard speaks so often of doing the same motoring trip! You must submit a trip report afterwards. We have never visited the States, but this may be the activity to motivate us.

I've been on various stretches of Route 66 and I don't regret it but I really can't recommend it to anybody because there are so many truly beautiful road trips to take and life is short.

Hello Hyacinth. I will definitely post a report after our trip. Perhaps you and Richard will give it a try. The U.S. countryside is much different from the English. But ,it is a long trip and I don't know if Richard could handle it. Oh, by the way, I saw you on T.V. last night!!
