romantic resturant

what resturant would you rec. for a very
romantic evening for our 5th aniversary.Price is not a concern for this occasion.

Be sure to go to Blue Bistro. It is wonderful.

" One if by Land, Two if by Sea" might be a better choice. George Lang (owner of Cafe des Artistes, seems to be off his game and rightfully so after so many years. I first went over 25 years ago. It is a gorgeous place (all those nymphs looking down from those murals) I can't think of anything prettier on Central Park West. Drinks in the bar might be in order for your evening.

One if by Land, OTOH, has great food and atmosphere just right for your evening.

I'd choose Danube. It's pricey, but it is romantic and sort of sophisticated sexy...not to mention the food is amazing (not heavy).

Also, just down the street from Danube is Church Lounge in the Tribeca Grand Hotel, which is also romantic and sleek, and would be perfect for a pre/post dinner drink.
