It may be a couple of weeks too early... Tomorrow looks perfect for a drive and picnic.
Anyone out there in the area of Tyler?
How's it lookin'?

My mom lives in Palestine, Texas, (near Tyler) and she told me that things were blooming.

Probably a little early for wildflowers (usually April, isn't it?) We live in NW Texas and do have some trees in bloom - not lucky enough to have dogwoods! But the redbuds are pretty.
But the grass is just starting to turn green. Our cows are really excited, but not enough for a mouthful yet.
And we're expecting one more hard freeze out here by Abilene. Sigh.

The trees have all been blooming for a couple of weeks now, but I saw my first Bluebonnets this morning.
