Which of this hotel chains do you think is better? Why? have you visited any of their properties? I am doing a research and i would appreciate your comments regarding this topic.

They are two of the finest hotel chains in the world. Each has their own charms.

Is jr high out for Christmas break already? I can't imagine anyone older using Fodors as a research site for a serious inquiry.

I'm curious. What kind of "research" is done by posting a blanket question and tallying the results of those who choose to answer it?
Think I'll stand in the Mercedes showroom and ask the salesmen what the best car is. Wonder what their answer will be?

Boy, what snide comments! I'd be surprised if the original poster is actually doing a scientific research project on these two hotel chains. Yet, if you want to know informally what people who have stayed with both chains have to say about them, this is not a bad place to start. Unless, of course, we're all so paranoid that nothing on this board can be trusted.

Paranoid? I quote from the post, "I am doing a research". Maybe I'm from a different part of the country that you, but around here, "doing research" means "doing research".

First of all I want to make clear I didn't write the comments before. I am actually doing a resarch and i think I deserve some respect from this forum.
