Restaurant Recommendation on Chicago's south side

We're going to be in the Orland Park, Oak Forest, Tinley Park area (Chicago south). Is there is a local favorite restaurant (Italian or burgers)in the area that would be open on a Sunday night?

For Italian, I would recommend Traverso's in Orland Park (15601 Harlem Ave). It's been there for a long time, and is a local favorite. I think its open til 10:00 pm on Sundays.

For a burger, I would probably recommend Petey's Bungalow II on LaGrange in Orland Park. I don't know their hours, but would be surprised if they weren't open late on Sundays.

Francescas at 135th and LaGrange or in downtown Frankfort is good for Italian. On LaGrange, just south of 179th is a Rock Bottom Brewery, Champps and Houlihans -- all burger sandwhich types. Mimi's Cafe, also right there, has a little bit of everything.

After driving thru OP today, I wanted to add Papa Joe's (Italian) and Bar Louie (burgers), both on LaGrange Road (Rt 45).

Bon appetit!

www.giordanos.com/main.php has info about this landmark pizzaria. Can be a bit pricey, but it's pizza i would die for!

Cooper's Hawk on Harlem in Orland Park. Also, Bucca Di Beppo in Orland Park, off Rt. 45. They have websites which are very informative.
