Hertz' new owners are expanding on their inability to run this once great company...

It started with unwarranted fees, but now there are people being arrested, some at gunpoint, on reports they had stolen cars which they had either returned or properly extended the rental. One law enforcement agency has become exasperated with the company's false reports of stolen vehicles and no longer responds unless a theft is actually observed or there is direct proof beyond the company's sloppy record-keeping.
