Rehearsal dinner in Cooperstown

Am trying to pick a place for a small (under 20) rehearsal dinner in Cooperstown, NY. Wedding will be in the off season. I have never been there. Nicoletta's seems to be the favorite. Reviews indicate that the Hoffman Bistro has really gone down hill. I figure that with the size of our group we will just order off the menu although a private room would be nice but not a deal breaker. Suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe the Otesaga has rooms for such an event.

Thanks, sobster (love your name!). Hadn't thought of that place. Will check it out.

Why do you have to have a rehearsal ?
Don't you know how to eat?

I love the Otesaga. Ate there many years ago and the main dining room is lovely and very old-fashioned.
