Note that Barolo is not your typical spaghetti, lasagna place. The cuisine is Northen Italian. I wouldn't call Hapa's in Cherry Creek North upscale. It's fine just not upscale.

Thanks for the recs! For the business dinners, we are on our own except for one night, when we will be a large group of 12-15 people. Will probably do Carmines on Penn.

As we will be staying near DTC, don't want to have to drive more than 15-20 min for dinner, as we are doing IT implementation, which is stressful and exhausting, everyone will be burnt out by the time dinner rolls around.

Thanks for all the suggestions - some we will check out when I spend time with my girls on my own dime.

Your hotel in the DTC will probably have a fine restaurant for your workday dinners.
