Reasonable hotels in Nashville

My husband and I have relatives in the Bristol TN/VA area. We have never driven to see them (we always have flown), but having a baby can change your mind about flying. My husband is interested in the Gibson guitar factory and we just wanted to look around Nashville. Any ideas on hotels to accomodate a small family in the $100 dollar range? Thanks.

Always have good luck with Priceline. Haven't used this in Nashville in a while, but I am sure you will find a place. Check out sites like BetterBiddingForPriceline.com if you have never placed a bid to get a feel for what prices get winning bids. You can call the hotel after you win the bid and request a crib. Good Luck!

I'm was able to priceline a room in Nashville for this weekend for $55. Got the Doubletree Suites in the airport area.

Now, that being said....you are aware it is a very long drive from Bristol to Nashville, right?

Homewood Suites! There are two in the Nashville area. Really nice. Kitchen area and living room. Separate bedroom. Free breakfast. I checked rates randomly and found weekend and net rates for less than $100. Join AAA and get 10% off room.

I got a 3 star hotel on priceline for about $35 a night. It's the best way to go. Check www.biddingfortravel.com.

Thaks everyone. I will save this to my favorites. Yes I am aware that it is probably about a 5-6 hour drive. We will be coming from Texas so Nashville would be on the way.

Good deal tulips....I will be in Nashville this weekend. Tonight we are having dinner at a place near the airport called Ellendale's. Will let you know how the Doubletree and Ellendale's both are.
