cd,

I was worried about that page expiring. You will have to start here:

http://www.lake-listiak.com/llapps/e...&wce=notable01

Go down to "Reserve a Raft Trip" and then pick one of the trips and it will give you a lot of information and pictures.

grtgrl,

I know it's confusing but the Antelope Canyon boat tour only goes around Antelope Island and down a side canyon.

You have to take the ground tour to see the swirling rock formations.

uthata: Thanks for the canyon link. It was quite helpful. We are also interested in doing a float trip, but the site you just listed for cd has also expired. Please re-read my prior post re: Rainbow Bridge boat trip time suggestions.

That's funny...I tried the links just now and the worked for me!

OK, try this link:

http://www.lakepowell.com/

But you need to click on "Online Reservations" in the bottom left hand corner. Then "Wahweap Marina", then if you want the Float trip click on "Raft Trip" and for boat tours click on "Reserve Tour". This gives you the most information about the tours.

gtrgrl,

The two times we've done the Rainbow Bridge Boat Tour we've done the all day tour and they leave at 9 and we would get back around 4 (I think they get back at 5 now because you have to hike farther)

I really don't know which would be better for views and heat. The sunset at Lake Powel are beautiful.
