Radisson Suites in Secaucus, NJ

Hi,

I have booked at the Radisson Suites Meadowland in Secaucus, NJ. Has any of you ever stayed there? If so, I would love to get some reviews..

Is it clean? Noisy? Are the rooms large? Is the second bed a sleep sofa or a real bed?

Any personnal experience would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Radisson Suites Meadowlands sits along Route 3 West, which is a very busy highway and area...you will be within walking distance to Mill Creek Mall and Harmon Meadow Shopping Center...Mill Creek has retail stores and a food court...Harmon Meadow has restaurants and a multiplex theater complex...as for the rooms, they all have a separate bedroom with either 1 king or 2 double beds...the separate livingroom has a refrigerator, wet bar, and coffeemaker...the livingroom and bedroom each have a television.

Thank you so much, sounds great! How is the pool? They mention that there is a whirlpool but it's not clear if it is in the bathroom or in the pool area.

The hotel website is frequently the best source of info - if they don't mention something it's safe to assume that it's not included. Coffeemakers and iron/ironing board are listed as room amenities but there's no mention of whirlpool tub. It's safe to assume that it's part of the pool areas as this is the case in most suites hotels that offer one, e.g. Embassy Suites. I'm surprised that they don't list a microwave as being available in the rooms but they have an onsite restaurant and that may be a reason why.

Thanks Owen,

I have the AAA book and it says that they have fridge, microwaves, pool. On one of the websites, it says that they have a whirlpool also. So this is why I'm seeking personnal experience. The phone number for the hotel is a general reservation line (not on location) so they can't tell me more then the AAA book.

Here is the direct phone number for the hotel (taken directly form the Radisson website) (201) 863-8700
FYI you can always call the toll free number and they will give you the direct phone number for the hotel.

maybe they don't have a toll free number, but if the information is important to you, we assume you wil invest the 10 cents per minute to find out. What if someone here says there are microwaves and then you get there and there aren't any--isn't it worth a FEW CENTS to call them???

Hi,

I'm back from NYC and it was great! The Radisson Suites Meadowland in Secaucus was really nice. There was a separate bedroom with 2 double beds and the living room had a sleep sofa. There was a microwave oven, a wet bar, coffee machine and a tiny fridge (although not all room have a fridge since they usually only have "coolers" which is usually used for cooling wine).

The pool was a bit cold and there was no public whirlpool (it was in our bathroom)

We were on the ninth floor and we had a view of NYC!

We took the NJ public transportation to get to Manhattan (bus stop right in front of the hotel)

We would definetly go there again.
