Which Ocean CIty are you asking about?
I don't know about the Ocean City in Florida or the one in New Jersey. I've stayed at a Quality in at the Ocean City in Maryland. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's clean. Ocean City itself is a pretty trashy area, so all things considered, it's nice.

Thanks for the info. I did mean Ocean City maryland! Any other suggestions for something nice on the boardwalk for no more than 200 per night? We've been there many times and have always stayed at the same place, wanted to do something different this time.

We just stayed in O.C., Maryland over Easter for a couple of days and we stayed in the Comfort Inn on 5th Street and the Boardwalk. We had a 2nd floor room oceanfront it was $66. They have a indoor/outdoor pool. I thought it was pretty clean and the front people very nice. They also serve a cont breakfast in the morning.

The Quality Inn on the Boards at 17th street is very nice. I assume that you want to stay on the Boards? If you don't there is another Qulaity Inn at 48th street that is just as nice. Please remember the later in the season that you go the more expensive the rooms. After 4th of July the rates go up. On weekends most hotels require a 3 day minimum. Hope this helps. I live here at the beach.

We always stay at the Quality Inn Boardwalk, at 17th Street, but only in oceanfront rooms. They have kitchens with a dishwasher, small table with two chairs, two queen sized beds in the bedroom, and a sleep sofa with tv/vcr in the living room. A room divider cuts off the living room from the bedroom area. There is a fair sized closet in the bedroom with mirrored sliding doors. There are three phones in the room, one in the living area, one in the bedroom, and one in the bathroom. The balconies look directly out at the ocean, and overlook two very nice swimming pools and a small snack bar. There is a small indoor pool, and a restaurant which we've only tried for breakfast. You can rent bicycles right outside on the boardwalk. Parking is free, and in the rear. Morning newspapers are stacked up in the lobby for you to take free. It's a good deal.
