Princeville seafood buffet (Kauai)

Hello,

Is it possible to go to the Friday night seafood buffet at Cafe Hanalei and order something INSTEAD of the seafood buffet? I can't eat seafood, but my boyfriend loves it! I was wondering if I'd be able to order off the menu instead or if everyone is required to purchase the buffet.

Thanks!

Yes, you can order off their regular menu as well.

Thanks auntiemaria for responding again! (I think you have answered every question I've posted)

Also, are reservations recommended or required or even available for the buffet?

Reservations have nearly become mandatory -- but only for parties of 6 or more. If your group is smaller than that, go _early_ for best chance to be seated without a l-o-n-g wait. Same thing for their Sunday brunch (yum!).

Seating for the seafood buffet begins at 5:30

My husband always grabs the bill

I think it's $30 or $35 per person for each "feast".

Sorry, can't help myself - but - been there, done that will never do it again. The oysters scared me, the shrimp crab mediocre. Tons of food if you're really into the buffet thing, then I'm sure you'll love it. Ranger? thoughts? Review?
