Prettiest Beach in Maui

What do you think is the prettiest most beautiful beach in Maui? I will be getting married there in June and am wondering what beach will be the most beautiful for pictures. Thanks a lot!!!

I would vote for Kaanapali in front of Sheraton at Black Rock. My second choice would be Wailea in front of Four Seasons or Grand Wailea Resorts.

I agree-Kapalua beaches are the most beautiful on the island! The whole area of Kapalua is very lush and green with a very serene and private feel to it. The Ritz Carlton has a beautiful gazebo and chapel on their property by the golf courses and views of the bay. Husband and I took alot of pics there when we stayed at the Ritz in Dec. Very beautiful spots!! Congratulations!

My wife and I preferred the quiet beaches, the no namers where we had lots of privacy....... Although we did like the black sand beach which we stopped at on the Road to Hanna. Enjoy

My favorite beach is Kaanapali at the Black Rock. However, my wife and I had our wedding vows renewed at Kapalua Bay , the prettiest beach on Maui!!!

I thought the beach in front of Maui Prince was pretty good, and there's more to the south of it. Enjoy !

I think Wailea area are the best. I have been to Maui a few times and been to both Wailea and Kanapali, and Makena. I don't like Kanapali, it is too crowdy. Makena is too secluded, no one is around. Wailea is beautiful and easy to go anywhere. If you are getting married there, definetely Wailea area.

I also agree with Wailea as far as the prettiest and most romantic area. We stayed on Kaanapali, and I was very disappointed in it, simply because of the huge crowds of people and overall congestion. I felt it was the kind of place that would be great for singles or families with older kids, because there are things to do for everyone in the area, but not what I had in mind for my trip to Maui. We checked out the Wailea area and that is the only place I would go back to on that island. To me, it would be a perfect place for a honeymoon, much more laid back, romantic and tropical than the other spots mentioned, in my opinion.
