Point Reyes Lodging

Hello,
Any advise on where to stay around Point Reyes National Seashore??? Is Petaluma too far?? Pt. Reyes Seashore Lodge is not in the running because of the 2 night minimum stay.
We're looking for a well known chain somewhere close.....Thanks for your help!

There is a new Sheraton at the Petaluma marina-quite nice and not huge for a Sheraton. What's your price range? There is also a Motel 6 and Quality Inn. We do the drive rain or shine in 45-60 mins.and it is a gorgeous drive! Have you considered Inverness? No chains-thus it's charm. Do a search-I would think you could find a B&B or cottage. Don't think you'll be any closer in Marin, but you could look. You might try PL as I bet it would be the Sheraton. Let us know!

Try The Point Reyes Seashore Lodge. We got 1 night (Sunday) for less than$120. It had all the basics plus scones from Bovine Bakery in Point Reyes Station.

Petaluma is not too far, but why drive all the way back? This area is about individuality, Try Mankas's $$$ or one of the little cottages for rent. We have stayed at Dancing Coyote a couple times ($$). Golden Hinde is kind of funky, but right on the water. There are some rental units right at the lighthouse (Look online).
