Susan,

There are literally thousands and thousands of condo in the Park City Deer Valley area. What are your requirements? Amenities? Price range? What do you consider "value"?

A company called Deer Valley Lodging is the major condo lodging dealer in Park City.

I am trying to find the best value and still have a nice condo in Park city. Right now a lot of the sights do not have their 2005/2006 rates in yet for the winter. Even so, I'm still seeing condos that are at least $300/a night. Is that average? I guess you will pay more the closer you are to the mountain.

What part of the 2006 season are you looking at? Winter, Spring, etc.? Many condos will not let you book too far in advance. Summer rates are much cheaper than winter rates.
