Well, your original question kinda begged for smart-alleck answer. The word "anyone" is pretty broad. How about "looking for comments on the Park Central."
I'm not one to lecture and not give good advice, though. I stayed there last week. It's a pretty nice hotel. Far nicer than it used to be, in fact. Room was small (typical NYC) but comfortable, everything was in operating order and the staff was friendly.

I can refute the smartass. I have stayed at the Park Central and found it to be a decent hotel We got a cheap rate because of the renovations but I would be willing to pay a bit more than we did. It was clean and the staff was very nice. The rooms are a bit small but bigger than others I have stayed in in Manhattan. I particularly like the location-- very close to the park and just up a bit from the congestion of Time Square but near to the theatres. There is a good bagel place on the next block north, corner of 58 & 8th anf the restaurant Trattoria de Arte is wonderful. Hope this helps.
