No such thing in Palm Springs. None of the Casinos have a golf course at the moment.

I can't think of any all-inclusives in Palm Springs-- or, for that matter, in California other than "health spas". And mlgb is right: None of the casinos in PS has its own golf course. However, they offer packages that will get you tee times at local courses (Indian Canyons is a popular option).

Palm Springs is compact enough that you can stay at a nice resort, hit the local casinos, play golf (let the concierge set up tee times!) and hit some great area eateries-- all without breaking a sweat.

Providing you don't go during the summer, that is. 8-)

We have stayed at several resorts in Palm Springs area that have the golf/resort and took the free shuttle to the Casino..not inclusive.
San Diego has Barona Casino Resort & Golf..

Have had friend report favorably about Barona. Also there is Sycuan Resort in El Cajon, but don't have any resorts.

If you want to stay at a casino hotel in the Coachella Valley there is also Fantasy Springs (Indo area).

Indian Canyons is a good course, I recommend checking their website for online booking specials.

La Quinta Resort would be a good choice, lots of golf and good restaurants on site, and not far from Fantasy Springs. Expensive in season, though.

Westin Mission Hills another resort with good golf, don't think I've dined on site, but really close to Rancho Mirage's Agua Caliente Casino on Bob Hope, which has the buffet type restaurant as well as a fine sitdown type.

If you don't mind driving to eat, I like both the golf course and the rooms at Marriott's Shadow Ridge on Monterey Ave in Palm Desert. It's a vacation club but you can usually find rentals there. There is a restaurant attached to the clubhouse but not sure of there hours. Small gym and they have a separate adult pool. Not far from the good restaurants and galleries on El Paseo. Be sure to check out Augusta.

Just thought of another: Desert Willow golf courses surround a Club Interwest Resort. Usually can find rentals. Although they are public courses, they are scenic and challenging. There is a restaurant in the clubhouse, same sort of situation as Shadow Ridge. Very nice view up there, too.

I think the Hyatt Grand Champions in Indian Wells would be your best bet..
It's a really nice property with golf and spa.
I have stayed at the Rancho Las Palmas which KSL just bought last year and they are doing huge renovation but until then I would wait and the Westin Mission Hills is a dump! I thought the JW Desert Springs was tired and needed major renovation as well..stayed at the Lodge a couple of years ago and even though alot of these places call themselves 4-5 star resorts and would only give them a 3 at most.
I like the Marriott's Shadow Ridge but it is a vacation club but its new and nice property and close to the casino..
Friends love the Miramonte Resort..

No all inclusive in the desert, as others have stated. Our favorite is La Quinta Resort, going there this weekend.
They have a couple excellent restaurants on property, but other good ones on Washington and Hwy. 111. There is a casino in Indio.

Next we like the Hyatt Grand Champion, was there in Sept. The concerige level has breakfast, snacks and evening cocktails and appetizers. Across the street is the Esmeralda, a Marriott hotel, and also very nice.

Golf course at Rancho Las Palmas: Not really recommended. Tight, you play back and forth across the wash, greens are not that well maintained.

Haven't played the Indian Wells courses since they were renovated and taken away from American Golf. They weren't my favorites, either.

Surprised to hear that the Westin is a dump. I took a look on Tripadvisor and they do seem to have mixed reviews, all over the map.

Hi mlgb..
Played several times at Rancho las Palmas and I was always hitting into someones patio..very narrow golf course..maybe with KSL taking over they will put money into the golf course..
I love playing the La Quinta courses.

I was shocked to be honest at the condition of the Westin Mission Hills..(this was a timeshare promo for the hotel)
We were shown 3 rooms and one was a suite and all were so beat-up.
I couldn't believe that Expedia had a 5* on it..we walked out and went to a Holiday Express for the night.
I see that they have downgraded the hotel to a 4*..still to high!
They sent me a gift certificate as an apology which was very kind but dang..wish it was to another one of their better properties!

I went on the timeshare tour at Westin when the first started selling the Villas and they were so nice. I guess maintenance has been missing.

I got an upgrade once at La Quinta Resort to a Spa Villa, which was wonderful. However the regular Deluxe rooms looked a bit spotty. Hope since Hilton has taken over they are looking nicer.

I'd recommend the Renaissance Esmeralda. I haven't stayed there (only eaten there), but it looks very nice.

FYI, in my experience, the slots at the PSP casinos are tight. I'd stick to table games.
