When we want dining with a view (other than a picnic) we go to Rocky Point for lunch--just a little south of Point Lobos on 1--good burgers, fabulous view.
Sorry no recommendation for Sunday brunch, as we don't usually go out for brunch.

Check the Stillwater Cove in the Lodge at PB, they used to have a nice brunch $$$$ and a beautiful view. You must pay 9.75 to get in the gate at the 17 mile drive entrance but give the receipt to any of the restaurants at the Lodge or Spanish Bay and they take the 9.75 off the tab. Stillwater Cove is nice for a glass of wine just to see the view. Also at Spanish Bay at around 5 or 5:30 a nice place to have a glass of something outside and watch the bagpipe player complete with kilt close the golf course. Sometimes bagpiper is a woman, she is super.
