Orlando House Rental
Hi
We are planning on visiting Orlando with 2 small children. Mainly for the Disney attractions. We would like to rent a house; however, doing a search has overwhelmed me with options. Has anyone rented a home in the area? Is there a agent, website, etc. that you used? We are looking for someone reputable. Thanks

To just point you in the right direction, I would look in the Kissimmee area. Here is one web site <http://www.floridakiss.com/> that may help, although you may have to follow up with a phone call. Perhaps others with personal knowledge can give you specific recommendations.

We stayed in a home about 5 minutes to Disney in Kissimee.

The owner was great to work with and it was very comparable in price. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
The private pool and hot tub just cant be beat! The game room for the kids is nice as well.

I can't give you personal experience as of yet since we do not leave until the end of May for our trip but for what it's worth, I too have spent several hours (well over 50 hours)researching and reading guest reviews for several rental condos, townhouses and homes. WE have finally chosen to stay in a townhouse at Windsor Hills which is 2 miles from the disney parks. There were several rave reviews and the ammenities look great, 3 beds, 3 baths, private pool and for less than $120 per night!!! We found it off of http://www.windsorhillsrent.com. If I can help answer any other questions, please re-post and I will answer... Have fun!

We rented a condo at Windsor Hills and loved it! The pool and clubhouse area were great. The whole development is only a few years old so everything seemed new and fresh. Our travel agent directed us to this owner and he was really great about answering questions, returning calls:

You asked about reliable agents - we booked the whole trip through www.buildabettermousetrip.com. Our agent was Stephen and he was really wonderful. He did more than just the usual reservations and tickets - he helped with dining reservations and provided touring plans that helped us do everything we wanted to do in an organized way.
