Organic Maui Restaurant - Not Just Veggie?

Hi,
Well, that title says it all. We'll have wheels. We know the non-organic places and the all-veggie places. We were hoping for something new? Lunch or dinner. Fancy or plain, we're fine either way, but we'e not veggies, we just want to support the local farmers, etc.
Thanks a lot!
Peterman

I know I am impatient, but now I'm kind of surprised and sad that there aren't any places like this on Maui?

Geeze, Peterman, give us a chance to wake up over here!

I do believe that Joy's Place in Kihei is organic.

James McDonald, the chef at Pacific`O and I`O has his own organic farm and uses the produce and herbs at the restaurant.

Many places on the island use organic, locally grown produce.

I know! I know! I'm totally impatient. Excelent news. I love Pacific'O.
Thanks so much.

Hey, can I ask you a question...what is the place that used to be A Pacific Cafe called and is it any good now? I know it switched like 4 years ago or something and it's in the back of the shopping center?

Mahalo.

It's Stella Blues now. It's OK, but some items on their menu are a bit overpriced. That said I usually end up eating there at last once a week (my office is very nearby). The Cobb Salad is good but $12.95, and I wish they had a better dressing selection.
